1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Resume Polisher (the "Service"), operated by Kuang Shan ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Resume Polisher is a professional resume optimization tool that generates country-compliant, ATS-friendly resumes. The Service supports formatting for multiple countries including the United States, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, and China.
We provide 1 free trial generation per user. After the free trial, you can pay USD $1.90 for a refined generation. If you are still not satisfied, we offer 1 additional free revision — for a total of 3 attempts. Chinese users pay ¥2 RMB per paid generation. This is a one-time payment — no subscription is required or implied.
3. User Obligations
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful resume content. We do not fabricate or invent experience, skills, or qualifications.
- You are responsible for reviewing the generated output before use. Generated content may contain errors or omissions.
- You agree not to use the Service to generate resumes containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the Service's rate limits or access controls.
4. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. By making a payment, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods supported by Paddle.
Each payment grants one resume generation. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property
The Resume Polisher website, its underlying code, design, and branding are the property of Kuang Shan. You retain ownership of the resume content you input and the generated output you receive. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating your optimized resume.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Generated resumes will result in job interviews or employment offers
- Generated resumes are free of errors in formatting, grammar, or content
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or secure
This tool is for resume optimization consultation only. It does not guarantee employment outcomes of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuang Shan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, lost revenue, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Medical, Professional, and Immigration Disclaimer
The Service does not provide medical, legal, professional, or immigration advice. While our system attempts to comply with country-specific resume conventions, resume requirements may vary by employer, industry, and region. Users are responsible for verifying that their resume meets the specific requirements of their target employer or institution.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or engages in fraudulent activity. Free trial abuse (creating multiple sessions to circumvent payment) may result in permanent blocking.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
