Our Refund Commitment
We believe in fair treatment of our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your generated resume, we offer a straightforward refund process. Because our product is a digital service (not a physical good), we have specific eligibility criteria to ensure fairness for all parties.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if any of the following conditions apply:
- Technical Failure: The resume generation failed or returned an error, and you were charged but did not receive a usable resume.
- Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same generation.
- Significant Quality Issue: The generated resume contains objectively incorrect formatting or content errors that materially deviate from the country-specific standards we advertise.
Not eligible: Refunds will not be granted for subjective dissatisfaction with writing style, content that was generated accurately from the input you provided, or because you changed your mind after receiving the generated resume. Please use your 1 free trial and 1 free revision to evaluate the service before purchasing.
How to Request a Refund
4-Step Refund Process
Send an email to 178577324@qq.com with the subject line "Refund Request — Resume Polisher". Include: (a) the email address used for payment, (b) the approximate date and time of the generation, (c) the Paddle transaction/receipt ID if available, and (d) a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
We will review your request within 3 business days. We may ask for additional details or screenshots to verify the issue.
We will notify you of our decision via email. Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Paddle Refunds
All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller. Refunds are subject to Paddle's processing timelines and policies. Paddle typically processes refunds within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on your statement as a credit from Paddle or PADDLE.NET.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for most digital goods and services. However, please note that digital content delivered immediately (such as generated resumes) may be excluded from this right once performance has begun, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. We will assess each EU refund request on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable law.
Free Trial Policy
Every user receives 1 free resume generation. After payment, you get 1 paid generation plus 1 free revision — 3 attempts total. We strongly recommend using your free trial and revision to evaluate the quality of our generated resumes before downloading.
